Our psychologists are registered with Medicare, major private health funds, Victims of Crime, TAC and Work Cover.

Medicare rebates:

Medicare rebates are available, for further information please click the link below.

Private Health Fund rebates: 

A rebate is available if you are covered for psychology under a private health fund scheme. We suggest that you check with your health fund to confirm your eligibility.

Sessions run for 55 minutes to 1 hour.

Hours

• Appointments are available six days a week by arrangement.
• Hours are 9am until 6pm.
• An early or late appointment can be arranged

Appointment Cancellation

We request that you agree to give us the courtesy of 48 hours notice of any intention to change or cancel an appointment.

A cancellation fee will be charged if this courtesy is not extended.

Accounting Terms

Thank you for understanding that we do require payment at the time of consultation.
We accept payment with cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard and have EFTPOS facilities for your convenience.
